Delivery Times

Your order will be despatched in approximately 4 - 6 weeks. This may seem a long time but remember you are receiving individually tailored footwear. You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into 'My Account'. The length of postal time will vary depending on your local postal service.

Delivery Costs

Within the U.K. Cost = from £7.00 per pair.
Europe & the rest of the world. Cost = £20.00 per pair.

All delivery costs will be automatically calculated before you place your order.

Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction with our service and products is very important to us. Please read below our Returns Policy, if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. In the unlikely event of a product having a material or manufacturing fault when you receive them, you may return it back to us and we will correct the fault or make a replacement pair.
2. If they do not fit properly we will alter them or provide you with a new pair in the correct fitting. Remember if sending us foot drawings and measurements the fit will only be as accurate as these.
3. As the footwear is made to order in your chosen colour and style we will use our discretion when offering a refund if you are unhappy with either of these.
4. Refund of postage will only be given if your purchase is faulty.
5. If you need to return an item for any of the above reasons, please notify us within 7 days and return it within 28 days of receipt.
